For whatever reason, the case is not a correct fit and does not correctly charge the headphones. When the headphones are inserted, there is a small lift away from the connectors and the connecting point on the headphones. Honestly it’s an off brand product, it’s cheap and it’s got some issues to it but it does the job and it’s cheaper than paying for an entire replacement. Sometime the right headphone prong sticks up too high but if you put some padding in the case, it’ll help push the headphone down. 30$ instead of 200$ is a win to me. ... show more

    • Ineffective.
This did not charge both earphones. One earphone was always uncharged after leaving it in the charged case for hours. It also wouldn’t pair with my phone right away. Sometimes I would have to put both earphones back in the case before it would register that it was close by and out the case.
