Even the pouch inside feels like good quality as does the zipper. There was no odd smells or anything upon opening the package either. It's super comfortable on the shoulder. I'm trying to decide if I return this item. LISTEN to past comments. Buy with caution. I've been "letting this air out for weeks".and can still smell the bad fish like smell. And here's the kicker, I LOVE THIS PURSE!!!

I’m using this as a diaper bag currently, and I can’t tell you how many compliments I get. It is roomy enough to hold all of stuff (if you know you know) and I love the included pouch for my wallet, phone, keys, and sunglasses so I’m not fishing around for these items. The should strap is the perfect length even with a full bag and I love the flexibility of the crossbody too. The quality is really nice, doesn’t feel plasticy and I love the neutral off white color (not too creamy). It’s been on a few trips now and is not showing any signs of dirt or wear. OMG loveeeee already! Just received this bag today and there are no problems with the weave or any smell coming from the bag. It’s bigger than I thought and so soft with the perfect slouch to it. Comes with a pouch and the crossbody strap was located in the pouch. I purchased the red color and it’s a perfect deep red/berry/wine.
