Product felt comfortable to lay on, unfortunately I opened it up the first time and realized they sent me a full size mattress instead of the queen size. I called a representative from Amazon and they handled it wonderfully. Unfortunately when I tried to reorder the mattress and get it in a queen size, they sent me another full size mattress. Now I’m waiting on a refund and most likely won’t be repurchasing this product since all I want is this mattress in a queen size and not full. Aside from that experience, the mattress is compressed and rolled up so it’s easy to carry. Mattress showed up ahead of time and opened very easily. I don’t know why some reviews say wrong sizes, mine is a queen and as you can see it fits great! I just opened it and it said to wait about 48 hours before using so it can roll out completely, I will update review if anything changes. As for now I’m completely happy and it saved me over $200.00 from big box store for the same thing. ... show more

The mattress is very comfortable and was very easy to set up. Unfortunately, despite the packaging being labeled Queen and verifying that my order was indeed for a queen size mattress, it is too small for the queen size bed frame. So just be aware of that if you were thinking of ordering a queen size mattress from the seller. We're making do because, like I said it is very comfortable, but the size is a little awkward. This is a great purchase. Mattress arrived at our door in a compact box. Box easily moved to the bedroom to be opened. Followed directions to allow the mattress to breathe for 24 to 48 hours. Once time passed we made the bed. The mattress is so comfortable. It is the right amount of firm and cushion for support of my back, hips and shoulders. Bed was easy to unpack. I moved old mattress out and laid new one on top of my foundation, came with cutter for ease of unpacking. It instantly inflated to 11 inches. Waited 36 hours and got another 1/2-3/4 inch. Slept on last night and it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.
