We got this for my mom (90+ yo) who loves jigsaw puzzles. She looked forward to doing a bit of the puzzle each day. The puzzle pieces are sturdy and fit together well. They really hold together. She was delighted by the picture overall as well as each day's section. With the large print of the whole puzzle she could look forward to "getting to do the dogs next." etc. The pieces all have the number of the day, so they were easy to separate and get back into their correct boxes to do again next year. On days when a section might be darker and harder for her to see, she could "check her work" by turning the pieces over and seeing if the numbers lined up correctly. I would recommend this advent puzzle for sure!

I got this for Christmas and loved putting it together one day at a time through to Christmas day.. It was fun and looking forward to passing it on to other family members to enjoy. It also has the numbers on the back to make it easier to pack up for next year.

I absolutely LOVE the idea of an advent calendar puzzle. I put this together with my 8yr old who loves puzzles. He’s never done a 1000 piece puzzle before, so I thought this would be a great way to do a larger puzzle. Pros: - each day you only do a small section of the whole puzzle - the back of the puzzle is printed with the number for that day, so you can take it apart and do it again next year - each section of the puzzle is pretty interesting to look at Cons: - quality is lacking: the prices peel pretty easily and are difficult to disassemble once they’re put together. You have to be careful with the pieces. - some of the pieces don’t snap well together - you really have to look and make sure they’re the right pieces before putting them together. Would I buy again? Probably. But I think I’d look for one of higher quality if I wanted to do the puzzle more than once.
