Not sure why some people complain about the stock belt. It's possibly the BEST BELT in the world for the surron. It's a German belt! They are known for their belt drives! Continental Contitech HTD 560 and comparably MOST EXPENSIVE. This belt seems fine so far (4 DAYS).My Surron is running 15Kw up to 100mph. BUT ..NOTHING says this belt is High Torque Drive rated...We'll see but im nervous for those reasons. Maybe it's a "get me by" belt?? ... show more

Snapped within 2 months within 2 months, my factory OEM belt that came with the bike lasted 3,700 miles and was slipping really bad, still didn't snap, I had to cut it off manually, but the new replacement snapped within 2 months and only 200 miles, never again, not every factory OEM replacement company is created equal. ... show more
