Sweet little necklace for a young girl. Comes in a nice little zip lock bag and a pretty blue box. Very sparkly and seems sturdy, like it wont get tangled up. She will be able to hang a charm on it and not worry. Has lobster claw clasp which is always a plus for a young girl (or her old granny) trying to clasp it on her own. Granddaughter loves it. She is a silver girl /has blue veins. So silver really sets off against her skin tone. It is very hard to find pretty little sterling silver jewelry pieces for a tiny tot that wont get demolished. While i did not add 5 whole stars for durability-> because only time will tell if it gets a perfect score, i do think this is a piece of jewelry she can't destroy. She will have to break it on purpose or some how get hung on something - I will buy her more from this store - we recommend it :-) ... show more

I purchased the Jewlpire Italian Solid 14K Real Gold Over 925 Sterling Silver Chain Necklace for me to wear with a new charm I had purchased. I ordered my 1.3mm yellow gold over SS cable chain in a 20" length and I am thrilled with it. The color of gold complements my solid gold pieces brilliantly. The charm I had ordered fits ideally on this chain. I love the strength of the chain whilst enjoying the thinner diameter to not take away from the small charm. This is a chain I could layer, put on different charms, or simply wear alone it is so pretty. I love Jewlpire as I have ordered from them several times now and have been consistently pleased. I appreciated the choices I had on this item - both gold choices and lengths as well as diameter of the chain. Delicate looking chain, but still with some strength; Attractive. __I don't like to travel with pure gold jewelry. But I like nice things (don't we all?). This chain allows me to continue the look I choose to present, but I can relax when I leave this in the hotel room/luggage. __I have seen necklaces that are thinner--so thin they would likely break under just a little stress, such as snagging on a sweater. While this is still delicate, it seems it would take normal stress on your body, and I am not concerned that it will give way under normal use. __It has great shine, and the lobster catch is smooth and easy to operate. __I do think the two little links than connect to the chain/closure could be a little thicker. __This is marked as sterling with 14K plating. I doubt the plating is very thick--just can't be for this price. __I am glad to have this. ... show more

This silver chain is a great value - it has a nice, bright shine and dainty design but it is also sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will break. I wanted this to match a Platinum-plated sterling silver pendant I have and it looks like they were designed to go together. I wasn’t sure if I would like the link design but it looks good on, is comfortable and doesn’t grab my hair (in fact it looks just like the chains that Swarovski uses for many of their jewelry pieces). At first I thought I would prefer the chain to be adjustable but now I realize it looks a lot more expensive not having the extra cheap expander. I would definitely buy this again if I need another chain or length. ... show more
