I would give this item zero stars if it was an option. AWFUL customer service Unable to contact retail besides jumping through hoops to leave a message for customer service to hopefully contact me within 48 hours. In these photos is the spare, new necklace that came in the order to compare with the one that was worn less than 2 months. No wonder why the send a spare. They apparently know there’s a problem with the necklace corroding and changing colors, since they send a spare. My child picked this out and my husband bought this for me for Mother’s Day. It was beautiful for a couple of weeks, but quickly began to go from silver to almost a copper looking color. I tried to clean it with just soap and water and the color faded worse. When I tried to return it, I was told I only had 30 days to return it, even though the product details say there is a 180 day return policy. When I told them that it was a gift and that I had not owned it 30 days, I was told through an online chat agent, that they would exchange it within 90 days, but I had to pay shipping, plus a restocking fee of around $30. When I tried calling to speak to a human, I was told that the return window was no longer open and there was NOTHING that they could do and I had to contact the dealer, which still has not contacted me. Don’t waste your money on this unless you like the tarnished, corroded look. Even my 9 year old child is disappointed and kept telling me how awful it looks. To make him feel better, since it was a Mother’s Day gift from him, I had to let him pick out another necklace from somewhere else for me to buy myself. ... show more
