I installed this sim in my 5G phone one week ago and it is working perfectly. Before I installed this inexpensive sim , I was paying roaming of $12 a day to my carrier back in Canada. You need a 4g or 5g phone for this sim to work properly. Check compatibility by going to their website and putting in your IMEI. Jethro customer service is a great help.

I bought this for my girlfriend who was coming over during summer. Activating the SIM card via her browser was quick- although it took a couple hours to register and allow her to send messages through data. The data was fast enough to find places through google maps and watch videos. However, we couldn't video call. Im unsure if that was the SIM card's fault or because we were in the middle of nowhere.

Worked for what I needed but some issues

I have mixed reviews but it may not be Jethros fault. I ordered this SIM for one main reason which was to make some phone calls while in the US. The problem that arose was when I checked online it said my (Australian) phone was only partly compatible. I contacted customer service which was very prompt in getting back to me and the rep I talked to seemed to believe I would be fine to make phone calls. The SIM arrived quickly and installing it was fast and easy. But, how it worked was a little different. I was happy to give it four stars because it did indeed work for making and receiving phone calls in the house where I was staying.It worked briefly once or twice using data away from the house but it was slow. Most of the rest of my trip I could not get any data connection at all. This was surprising given they use T-Mobile which is supposed to have good coverage where I was, which leads to me to believe the issue might have been because I was using an Australian phone. Because it had a very affordable price, I might use it again for phone calls on future trips, but if I wanted reliable data using this same phone would likely try a different SIM.
