I honestly should have gone up to a size 8, but I got a size 7.5 forgetting Jessica Simpson shoes typically run a bit small. The toe area is tighter than preferred, but after I break them in a few more times I think they'll be perfect. There was NO rubbing on my heel and I absolutely love the high back on these shoes. The day they arrived I wore them for several hours including driving...there were no blisters, but my toes did ache a tad.The beige color is perfect for tan skin tones, too. I recommend this color for anyone who wants a "nude" shoe but is more olive/brown. Overall, this shoe style is classy and is a wonderful addition to my wardrobe. Court, funeral, drinks with friends, date night, brunch...they're versatile and worth the price. Don't expect extreme comfort for hours, though. They're not meant for long walks on Sunset Boulevard! ... show more

but that crack (rip) on the side and what looks like polish on the inside :-( Listen, I received these sexy shoes today and WOW! I’m so happy I went the next size up. Typically on closed toe shoes I get a 7 1/2; however after reading the reviews I decided to go to the next size which was an 8. Let me just say that every woman needs a black pair of heels that are so comfortable she feels as if she can work a 12-hour shift at the local Waffle House in them! These shoes felt as if they have "padding" in them. On top of that, that have "popped" collar and it is hawt... The heel length is perfect, I don't feel as if I'm stretching my calves (you know that feeling when the heel is too high and you can’t straighten your legs to walk regularly? LOL). I hate to return them, I really do, I went out on a whim and the shoe is marvelous darling... but for that rip and smear of polish(?), these would be more than a perfect pair of everyday shoes for me. I will return them but just know I don't want to but I'm concerned the rip will become worse over time. So I will need to return them :-( ... show more

These heels are SO CUTE. I have a few pairs of JS heels in 8.5 and love them because they’re stylish and also not impossible to wear all day/night without wanting to amputate your feet by the end. Generally I find her line rather comfy as far as heels go. But these were SO SMALL. I could barely get my foot in them. And idk if they were just mislabeled? The size isn’t printed in the shoe - just a sticker on the sole. So maybe it was wrong? Idk but I’m so sad because I bought them on a prime day sale and now gonna have to pay higher price for a different size if I replace them. They feel very stable and well built but they just run far too small. Also, mine arrived in a box that had a couple of spots of a thick, sticky brown substance on it. So that was kind of gross too. ... show more

Every women should have SOMETHING black patent leather and this is my SOMETHING!!! Jessica Simpson, you've done it again! I've been wanting some black patent leather pumps and these were exactly what I was looking for and the collar on the back of the shoe just gives it an extra sexy bang! Now, the fit is a little snug so you might want to go up a size. They were a little snug on my feet but I decided to keep them because I am afraid with the collar on the back if I get a bigger size they may just slip off my feet when I walk because the collar kind of opens them up a little more at that back (not much though). If it didn't have the collar, then they would be too small for me. But they fit just right only because of the collar. GF ordered these in a size 9 but her toes were cramped with a tight heel fit. Measured her feet using a Brannock device, seated and standing. Arch length is more accurate unless the foot length is longer for heels. Seated, her left foot measures an arch length of 9 (what she ordered) but standing her left arch (heel to ball) is a 9.5 Returned the 9s got the 9.5s and she couldn’t be happier. ... show more

Had to return, shoe is wider and bigger, I could’ve gone a whole size and a half down because I have very narrow feet. The pink was also not as pictured. It was pretty pink but not what I needed.
