I wear a size 8 shoe so I got these in a size 8 and they’re a perfect fit. Also, I saw that someone said these were big around their ankles but I have very skinny ankles and that’s a problem I have when buying ankle boots but these are not too big around my ankles at all. One thing I will say is, they come with sole inserts and but they made the boot fit a little tight so I opted not to use them but they’re super comfortable without them. They’re really cute! I’m going to buy in another color.

It’s light and stylish, comfortable too. Love them. They do run a little tight and small if you have wider feet. I normally wear 6.5-7 and I bought a 7 just to be safe, it fits more like a 6.5. They came with shoe insoles, even though I won’t be able to use them With these shoes.

I wear 8.5 wide. I ordered a 9 it’s was super soft comfy and looks great. However after wearing them a few times one of my feet started getting a horrible cramp across the last 3 toes. The boot doesn’t feel tight not sure why all of the sudden the boot now causes this terrible cramp after about 20 mins every single time I wear them. I’ve worn them a about six times have not done a lot of walking in them but still my foot cramps. I’m not sure they will return them. I wish this would have happened right away so I could return them. We will see what customer service says.

Updated (10/2/23) .After the last review Jeossy was kind enough to address my concerns and I got a replacement . They were super helpful towards me , and honestly I could immediately tell the difference in the boots I received. They were definitely more sturdy heel and there was not an odd chemical smell to them like the previous ones I had, the color also popped up a lot more in the orange . I think it’s true that I got used items last time and that’s why they didn’t last long. I took the boots out for a test today , and so far I think they’re feeling great and looking great ! They’re definitely comfortable for wear and I’m taking my boots to work for presentations so they’re very nice ! I love them and recommend them ! ( Old review below ) The boots are cute and comfortable . The only issues is they don’t last long . Sadly I only wore them for a few times before one of the heels just wasn’t supported anymore so now everytime I walk it one of my foot sinks as if I'm walking on foam .

I am super impressed with these cute booties! The color is a beautiful cognac brown, which is perfect for the fall, and they are so so comfortable! They even came with an extra set of cushioned soles that you can insert if you’d like these are not mandatory to use, and I did actually try them out, however, using the extra cushion soles that were included, made the boot feel a little too tight for the first time wearing. I was especially pleased after walking about a mile in the shoes with my dog down to the local brewery in my neighborhood and back. My feet were not sore and I had no sore spots on my heels like I sometimes do with new shoes recommend! To note, I did go with my normal shoe size however, you could size up if you wanted to for two reasons 1. The extra soles provided could help and 2. If intending to wear with slightly thicker socks - I am in Colorado for example, so my fall socks are traditionally a little thicker than socks I wear in the summer months.
