Cute boots! You can style them with a cute summer dress. They definitely don't have the grip like a regular boot which is why they're cheaper then regular boots. Definitely a great option if you are on a budget.

Jeossy Women's 9806 | Cowboy Boots | Western Cowgirl Mid Calf Embroidered Fashion Boots with Inside Zipper I have another pair of cowboy boots that were really pricey and incredibly uncomfortable. I wore them about 20 times in the last year to try and break them in but it seems nothing short of a few pints of my blood will do it and I don't know if my piggies can stand anymore torture. My daughter said she'd take them and at this point I never really want to see them again. These, thankfully, are 100 times more comfortable and don't look cheap in anyway. The leather and stitching is nice and the rubber sole makes them non-slip and provide a softer cushion to walk on. The zipper makes it easy to put them on and they require no blood donation as the price to wear them! Super cute! ... show more

If you look REALLY closely at some of the photos, you can see the zipper, but not unless you're really looking for it, and unless I missed it, it's not mentioned in the description. I do like the zipper in a pair of boots because it makes them so much easier to get on, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got them. These are good quality for what you would expect for the price and they are well made. The stitching is well done and the rubber sole/heel makes them so comfortable to walk in. They fit as expected. I got a 7 in black, and there is room in the calf. They are the perfect half calf height and will be really cute with shorts, skirts and sundresses this summer.
