For once a boot that has plenty of room in the foot AND in the calf. I like that sock-like texture surrounding the boot; stretchy so that the boot conforms to your leg size, no having to squeeze and cut off circulation in these. They look pretty sturdy, and seem easy to walk in. Look heavy but they are light. Sole has a nice cushiony spring to it, kind of like an eraser. I wouldn't go wearing them hiking in the Colorado Rockies, or trudge through forestry and mud and what-not, but they seem sturdy enough to hold up at a club or to and from the daily job. Would be perfect for someone who is on their feet all day at Starbucks or tending bar at some local establishment. My legs get tired because I have dvt issues, and these do help my legs and knees stand up well during the day. ... show more

I love the color and how easy these boots are to put on, especially with the convenient side zipper.They’re extremely comfortable, have a good sole, and feel like great quality. My only issue is that they’re a little too wide around the calves for me. I think they’d be a better fit for someone with larger calves. These were my second attempt to buy combat boots on Amazon. I won't be trying a third, since this has the same problem as the other ones. You can't leave them tight enough at the ankle (and I have standard ankles, not crazy skinny) even at their tightest it's still loose, and the material isn't stiff enough to stay up when it's loose, so they slouch down and get wrinkles, which is the wrong look for this anesthetic.     • Easy to pull on, good for wide calves but not wide feet. Didn't last a year before falling apart.

If you have wide feet the foot part may be a bit narrow for you. I find that my toes can start to feel a bit squished in these at times and may start to hurt with too much wear. However I really love the stretch throughout the calf of the boot and have gotten many compliments on these. They are easy to pull on and off and I have had no issues with fit even with wide calves that often don't fit a lot of standard knee high or higher boots.
