I needed a small rug shaped like this one for a heavily trafficked (worn out) area of my kitchen floor. This red carpet came out of the box folded (instead of rolled), and there were some folds in it for the first few days. Like I said, this is a high traffic area, so the folds worked out in a few days, and the carpet lays perfectly flat now. I thought that it looked nice, but you can check out the photo and be the judge. I kind of like the color, sort of an autumn feel, and the pile of the carpet has a kind of extra knitted in texture that you can see. Earlier this morning, I had to reach down into one of the lower cabinets and when I kneeled and put my knee on that carpet, it was very comfortable indeed! This one is a keeper, and it just happens to look nice, too. It should stay looking nice, because it's easy to clean. It gets pretty dirty fast in the kitchen where it is situated, and the pictures show how it got covered in various dusty dirt. Then the next shot it's clean and all I did was pick it up and shake it. I did not vacuum it. If you do want to vacuum it, or take it outside and beat it, you will have it clean as new. It has been holding up well to some serious foot traffic, and also has a rubberized bottom that grips our beaten up old wooden floor well, making it "non-slip." I recommend this particular small rug/carpet, and you might prefer it if you want something with a thicker padded feel. ... show more
