Had to figure out installation. I suggest pulling off the panel below the steering wheel by the drivers knees. This allows you to get a hand hold on the climate panel that has to be removed. Start pulling outward on the AC controls and soon the clips will start popping out. Once the panel is out set it down and then remove the triangular cover on the right hand side of the passenger dash handle. Remove the 10mm bolt. Then find the same bolt on the other side. Once the left side bolt is out pull the handle out enough until the bracket can slide behind it. After getting the bracket in place tighten everything down and get it back together. I installed the phone mount upside down to lower the height of the phone. There is a bit of bounce vibration. Overall I like the simplicity of the bracket but the usage is a little tuff. The phone mount sorta requires two hands. But I love the location. Sweet setup overall. ... show more

This was an economical way to put my phone where I wanted it and it has worked well. Install was fairly easy after watching the YouTube video on how to pull the dash. Tucked the cable inside the console and ran it to the center console so it’s out of the way. Has a little bobble on bumpy roads but not horrible. Definitely a better alternative to having the phone blocking a large portion of my windshield. ... show more

The image above that shows the dimensions of the clamping part are overstated. It says it opens to 3.54 inches. But in reality it only opens to 3 3/8 inches. I purchased this holder because my phone would have just fit if it did open to 3.54 inches. Also, I have no idea how to install it. Didn't come with instructions. ... show more

Shortly after instalation, the rubber pads became unglued and slipped off. About a year later the plastic bracket for the phone broke. This was 2020 and I barely drove anywhere. This lasted less than a year and was barely used. With daily use Im sure this would brake much sooner. In the questions a reply says to contact for a replacement, but no method of contact. I like how sturdy the metal part is but the plastic part broke. Now I have to take apart the dash again to remove the metal thing. ... show more

It's a spring loaded holder which fits almost if not all phones and handheld radios. Only downfall is no instructions on how to attach so you have to look at photos and hope you are doing it correctly. Holds my phone with out problems while on flat surfaces.
