They seem fine, but be warned they are serrated. I think the easiest place to see this is in the pictures. If you want a flat blade I do sometimes see them sold on Amazon (But not at time of writing), but you can consistently get a 4-pack from WS. I'm considering just sharpening the teeth off...

Handles are not wood. Not anywhere near as good as they look in the photos. Cheap, plastic looking handles. Get the bright colors that don't pretend not to be plastic or get the steel handles.
