Fit perfect! I am 5’2 140 pds, I was crossing my fingers because I have thick thighs and calves, but it pulled right over. It’s slightly tight with us to be expected since they are new I read other reviews that they stretch out a little bit as you use them but all three fit perfect, I won’t be afraid to fall anymore. Fortunately, I haven't slammed in these yet, so I can't talk about how good their protective level is. I can say that so far they seem suprisingly well made for their very cheap price. No, they won't provide anywhere near the level of padding and plastic rigidity as, say,187 kneepads--but those can cost a hundred bucks alone. Here, you're also getting elbow pads and wrist guards, for far less money. These are reasonably comfortable and adjustable for an adult male, and they are certainly better than no protection. My take would be that these are probably useful for low-risk cruising and flatland tricks at controllable speeds, but if you're going to put yourself in real danger by skating bowls, vert ramps, extreme downhill, etc., you should invest in heavier-duty gear--including, of course, a quality, certified helmet. That will set you back more money, but it'll be cheaper than hospital bills and rehab. ... show more
