I almost docked a star because this pillow is not fully washable (surface spot-clean only) and there was about an inch of seam near one tire that wasn't stitched closed when it arrived brand new (a little hand stitching fixed that), but otherwise it's just plain awesome. While the washing is a bit of an issue for me since I got it for a toddler, it would probably be less of a problem for older kids. **EDIT: About washing...When my kid barfed all over this pillow, it was machine wash or the trash can, so I gave machine washing a go. Cold, gentle cycle, lots of water, adequate soap and Borax, with a few other barfed-on items so they could all knock against each other for added scrubbing. Four or five long wash-and-rinse cycles, and an extra couple of rinses. Then tumble dry on low. You know what? It worked perfectly; no damage, and I didn't even have to rearrange the stuffing very much. Lightning is now clean and my sick little guy didn't have to spend any naps and nights without his wubby while a new one shipped. (though we did order a backup just in case, for the future...)** This pillow is GREAT, overall. My 2-year-old carries it everywhere around the house with him, and curls up over it like a body pillow at night. It's soft and lightweight but provides enough resistance for that pillowing. There are fat disks of foam in the tires to keep them round, though with as much use as it's seen in the past several weeks, the foam disks on ours are now pushed up into the fiberfill. But the thing's been vroomed hard all over Berber carpet, "fed," slept on, thrown across the room, hugged and squeezed, and used to joyfully beat on stuffed animals and a hapless punching-bag penguin, and so far it's not even showing wear. The embroidery is only on the windshield/eyes, hood, headlights, and mouth. The "World Grand Prix" across the spoiler is thickly screen printed and everything else is just dye-printed into the fuzzy fabric. All very nice-looking, though, and nothing rough to the touch. ... show more

My 2.5 year old loves force choking everyone with his "bad guy Vayer". This stuffed Vader is a much loved addition to their collection of Star Wars toys. This Vader is big too. My toddlers hold him up, and he's nearly as tall as they are! For the price, "bad guy Vayer" is a perfect cuddly companion. Highly recommend. The only minor complaint I have is all the lint fuzzies that were on the inside of his cape. But not a big deal. Get this Vader! ... show more
