First thing to mention is the size and versatility. It can be moved anywhere in the house without a problem and is not bulky; Its size is perfect! Bought this as a Christmas gift for a set of 18 month old twin girls. The girls were trying to sit in their baby brother's seats and starting to tear them up since they're way too big now. Thinking they needed something their size, I searched for a couch. And I was right, they love it! It is large enough to fit both girls with plenty of "growing" room. In fact, it was wide enough and the foam was supportive enough to fit me (full sized adult) and my 12 year old niece at the same time, so good size and quality. (We haven't tried it since as we don't want to break down the foam.) The twins enjoy carrying around and sitting on just the ottomans, but don't understand the concept of using them as foot rests or converting the couch into a bed yet. I ordered the blueberry color couch (at the insistence of the parents for decor reasons). The color is wonderful and matched the picture (looks better in person). The fabric was suede-like, so sticky crumbs and pet hair will be problems for the fabric. However, it appears easy enough to remove and wash the covers. I haven't tried yet, but will write if anything goes awry. Packaging: The couch arrived in a long box (about 12" x 12" x 5') and fairly heavy (more than 10 lbs). Once open, the couch is collapsed and shrink wrapped in a cylinder (close to the same dimensions as the box). Once the shrink wrap is removed the couch begins to puff up as the foam expands. The instructions said this will take between 20-40 min, but after only 15, it looked ready to go. We finished unwrapping presents, however, before anyone sat on it (a good 1-2 hours) and it was pleasantly stiff. ... show more

I'm so glad I chose this convertible sofa. My son loves this so much. I unpacked it, and let it sit for a couple hours. When I walked back into the room it was already completely expanded. My son is 4.5yrs old, 42"tall & 40.5lbs. This is perfect for him, and there's plenty of room to grow. He and his older, almost 6yr old, cousin could both sit on this comfortably. Material seems to be of great quality. I love that everything is machine washable. My son enjoys converting this, and rearranging the pieces. We haven't had it very long, but I think it'll hold up nicely. I'll update this review in the event that it doesn't. I know others are cheaper, but for me it's about the quality & size. UPDATE** I reached out to their customer service on their website and they asked me to send them pictures of the damaged parts that didn’t rise. They reached out and let me know that they will be sending me another unit. I received my new one today and once opening it the couch just popped open! This one is better than the one I received the first time! Thank you again for your great customer service! *** Great couch for my toddler BUT one of the cushions never rose up. In the middle of the couch it has a dent still so it never rose either. Everything else is perfect but for the amount I paid for it just sucks that half of the product worked and other didn’t. ... show more

I wanted to support this US company, so I paid extra versus the competitors. It must be popular because they had shipping delays due to lack of materials. They sent a communication that they were working hard to get orders out, so I waited patiently! When it finally arrived, it was very easy to unbox and the foam puffed up immediately. Compared to the competitor, the zipper looks sturdier. The fabric has some wrinkles from shipping that will take a while to work out unless I wash the cover. The cover is on very tight, no saggy parts at all. These couches are expensive, but having two is a blast for my girls! Keeps the toddler off the regular living room couches! I would have liked to have given this product 5 stars unfortunately, I had a couple small issues with my order. The sofa does come in a bag and it is vacuum sealed and inside that bag it's in a plastic bag. My plastic bag was torn which worried me, but I think that area was okay. Then when I took the sofa out of the bags, I noticed it had a small dent/lack of form in one of the corners of the sofa. I know it's foam but it did not fill in, in the area that was smushed. I feel for the price I paid I should receive perfection. I am still considering returning it for a new one. I did like it. I did expect it to be maybe 4 inches wider. It did not smell to me but I did let it air out and expand for 24 hours. The color and fabric is nice. It is very cute, looks better and has more support than the cheap cartoon ones they sell. My main reason for buying it over the cartoon ones was so that two kids can sit/lay on it. I wish the zipper was black or blue to match the blue sofa I bought because the white totally stands out. It seems firm. I bought it for my 16 month old son. He likes it and has finally sat down. He usually stands and walks around all the time. Aside from the two issues above I do recommend this item. I do feel it is too expensive for foam. It should at least be some inches bigger like I said. And there should be zero flaws every time. ... show more
