First thing to mention is the size and versatility. It can be moved anywhere in the house without a problem and is not bulky; Its size is perfect! Cat furniture, though cute and has nice features, didn't meet the versatility I was looking for. I really appreciate the solid backing on this model as opposed to competitors. My cats stay engaged with all options it folds into: the cave, couch, or bench. The aqua color is true to description. The zippered feature is durable and easy to take on/off. One of my cats regurgitated on it once and it came out in the wash no problem! Fur and other contaminants expected with general use came out as well. Bought this as a Christmas gift for a set of 18 month old twin girls. The girls were trying to sit in their baby brother's seats and starting to tear them up since they're way too big now. Thinking they needed something their size, I searched for a couch. And I was right, they love it! It is large enough to fit both girls with plenty of "growing" room. In fact, it was wide enough and the foam was supportive enough to fit me (full sized adult) and my 12 year old niece at the same time, so good size and quality. (We haven't tried it since as we don't want to break down the foam.) The twins enjoy carrying around and sitting on just the ottomans, but don't understand the concept of using them as foot rests or converting the couch into a bed yet. I ordered the blueberry color couch (at the insistence of the parents for decor reasons). The color is wonderful and matched the picture (looks better in person). The fabric was suede-like, so sticky crumbs and pet hair will be problems for the fabric. However, it appears easy enough to remove and wash the covers. I haven't tried yet, but will write if anything goes awry. Packaging: The couch arrived in a long box (about 12" x 12" x 5') and fairly heavy (more than 10 lbs). Once open, the couch is collapsed and shrink wrapped in a cylinder (close to the same dimensions as the box). Once the shrink wrap is removed the couch begins to puff up as the foam expands. The instructions said this will take between 20-40 min, but after only 15, it looked ready to go. We finished unwrapping presents, however, before anyone sat on it (a good 1-2 hours) and it was pleasantly stiff. ... show more

UPDATE: We have had this for two years now and it's just as good as new. No rips and the kids are even harder on it than they used to be. The covers remove easily and hang dry quickly, just a couple hours, they don't need to dry overnight or anything, they could probably go in the dryer but I have never done that. Unless you are an idiot they go back on really easily. Just line up the corners, done! Zips right up. Looks good as new, every time. Still super impressed with this, and the kids still love it. This is so sturdy. Two 2 year olds flip this and jumps on it and stacks it and moves it all around the house, they make forts and use it as a pretend bathtub. They aren't huge. They are made for toddlers. It gives the dimensions right in the description. I can't believe the seams haven't ripped with how much they pull on it. I was a little disappointed at how much it was when I bought it, but now that I have it I would definitely buy it again. We have had this couch for about two weeks and the kids absolutely love it!!! We bought the pink one and it is very true in color to the picture. I was concerned when I saw the box it was delivered in and thought there was no way this couch was as big as they said it was, but it was vacuum sealed. Once it fluffed out (which only took about ten minutes but directions say to way 20 before using it) the couch was plenty big enough for my 2&5 year olds to sit on it together and they have plenty of room. The neighbors girl who is 4 can comfortably sit on it with my 5 year old. It seems much more durable than those $40 ones you get at Wal-Mart that fold out into a little sleeper and have like Thomas or Disney princesses on it. We had one of those and it didn't last but a few months and that was when we had just one child. The covers come off and are washable, just be sure that you wash it with like colors or things that don't matter if they change color because the fabric definitely bleeds. I bought this for my playroom. I have 4 kids from age range 13-2 and they all use it! It has been a couple years and it's so easy to wash and clean its very durable and versatile. It truely is the #1 toy in the playroom! I would buy this again in a heartbeat! Every family with kids needs one!

I have been searching a long time now for a replacement for our little toddler-sized plastic and foam arm chair, since my tall 4yr old is too big for it now. I kept thinking I'd find a slightly bigger kid-sized chair, but it turns out this is a far superior option and I wish I'd found it sooner! The foam seems sturdy and comfortable. The modular design makes it easy even for the kid to rearrange into a sofa, a bed, or every manner of pretend play set up. I haven't had to clean it yet but it does look like the entire cover zips off so that's a big plus. We went with the bright pink option and she loves it!
