Just recieved package. Part missing according to assembly instructions. Part is designated as capital letter I. Cannot contact manufacturer with information provided.

I had high hopes for this tool and who knows it may have worked great. The instructions were worthless. After finally figuring part of the assembly I get to a point and realize parts were missing.
