First I bought the sugar plum color and on my fair skin it is quite pink and shows up strongly. It's a very cute pink color that works with my coloration but I think I would prefer to use this color just occasionally when I want a more lipstick-like look that defines my lips and makes them stand out more. I then purchased the Pink Candy color. It is much lighter and doesn't really show up on my lips at all. It is also more of a mauve tone than I would have expected from the picture online and the name of the color. It also seemed to have less lip gloss inside and overall now I feel like these lip glosses are kind of a rip off. I am willing to pay for expensive high quality natural products, but these don't even have all natural ingredients. The flavor and smell of this gloss is very pleasant, I feel like, and has a really sweet fruity-candy smell on both of the ones I got, and I really like that about them. Overall, after this ordering experience, I feel like these glosses are ok, and better than most. But definitely not worth this kind of money, and also for that reason very discouraging to order online since there's no way to see what you're really getting. ... show more

I love the color! I worried that it might be too bright but because it's a gloss, it's just right. I like to wear it with a simple black line on the upper lid and some mascara. It looks very fresh. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it tends to wears off. I'm comparing it to Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush lip gloss, which I used to wear, and it stayed on all day. But I believe Jane Iredale is a healthier product so it's worth it. ... show more

I have used This particular lip Gloss for years. I love it bc I live in FL, so there’s Not any fall/winter. (And Only makeup I wear . However, I wish they had Not changed the taste. It used to be mint & now lemon. While I love lemon, I prefer the mint taste. And you Do need to keep reapplying, but it is a lip Gloss. (Why I gave four stars.) ... show more

Just like everything in the Jane Iredale line it’s excellent. It has a very nice scent and an applicator that actually is a shape to glide on your lips. It stays on as long as I need it to.

I bought this lip gloss at a spa and loved it. Once I used it all, I reordered from here. The taste is awful ad its super drying on my lips. (Jeff's wife)
