I originally bought this product about over a year ago and it used to be in a solid gray tube but now everywhere I look it's in a white tube so I guess they changed the product packaging. However, the old formula used to be very thick and this formula is a little runny in my opinion. I just think that's a little weird. Other than that it's still slightly tinted but don't expect any kind of coverage from it being tinted. It's tinted in the bottle but the second you apply it to skin and blend it out there's no coverage. I use this product as my primer for my powdered foundation and the fact it's spf 45, noncomedogenic (doesn't clog pores), and is slightly tinted is a bonus! When you apply this to the face it almost leaves a nice "tacky" layer/ feeling which makes it a good base for foundation and or powder in my opinion. My aesthetician is the one who actually introduced me to this product. The dermatologist in my city also displays JanMarini products in their office. ... show more

To start, it has been a journey to find a mineral sunscreen that doesn't dry my skin out (and I've tried many). This mineral sunscreen does not cause dryness on my face, and I have two skin conditions (eczema and rosacea) that make finding skincare products more difficult.
