I love the wig. I have worn it twice and got a lot of compliments on how good it look. It came packaged well with the lace trimmed. The only reason I did give it a 5 star was because of the adjustable elastic band in the back is very flimsy. It stretches really easy and very loose after only two weeks. I have purchased wigs for way less that have better elastic band. JALIZA, your elastic adjustable bands don't match the quality of your wigs.

The braids fell out when I tried to detangle it, when I dry shampooed it. I brought one and if it happens again, I’m done with Jalisa wigs!

The media could not be loaded. Edit!!! So, in my initial review, I did not like the wig, but because I had already cut it, I knew I couldn’t return it. Well, someone from the company saw my review and told me that I didn’t get the melted look I wanted because I did not purchase the hand tied unit with the 80 braids! They sent it to me at no additional cost!!! When I say this wig is EVERYTHING!!! Do not buy anything else. Get the HAND-tied unit and you will love it! Customer service with this company is TOP-TIER! Because if the customer service and the quality of this new unit, I intend to only buy from Jaliza moving forward! Highly disappointed. I researched and really took my time to order because I really wanted a realistic braided wig. I took a chance with this one and I am so disappointed. The lace is not melt friendly. It can be easily seen and the lace on the sides are very thick. I’m so sad because we never leave a negative review, but I’m hurt. My husband even told me he could immediately tell this was a wig. Wish I would’ve just sent it back but I tried cutting the lace more since it was so obvious. Now I can’t do anything else with it. Waste of money for sure.

Just received my unit from JAlIZA The packaging was great; however it’s not full enough for me, I want a fuller wig unit because I need to be able to wear it up and this particular one I cannot plus I ordered a Black and received a one B I will order another just not and the lace feels more like a stretched net.
