Loading the paper in the printer for the first time and then it printing for the first time went very smoothly. No issue whatsoever. I am not too happy that I have to buy special paper for this printer.

    • Great Print Quality
Works great on my Canon Typestar 110; the ribbons for that are no longer manufactured but thermal paper works without need for a ribbon. The print comes out crisp and dark. My only complaint is with the packaging inside the box. I think the rolls should be individually wrapped and secured inside the box to avoid them rubbing together and leaving marks from friction during shipping. At my time of purchase, they were loose inside a shrink-wrapped box with two off-brand "szbra" permanent (?) markers. I appreciate the free markers as thermal paper does not like pens. When I picked up my package from my front door, the bag itself split open dropping the boxes on the floor, but that is more of an issue on amazon's part. Defective shipping bags suck. 10/10 product, just wish packaging was better. ... show more
