The skates were bought for my daughter. We measured her feet and ordered following the size chart on the product page and she said it fits well with good supports and pretty comfortable in it. Also she found it easier for her to spin on this skate than her previous one. Heat molded the skates to her feet at the pro-shop and it definitely helped breaking it in. Overall, the skate seems to be a good quality. I took 1 star off because the skate blades were not fully attached to the boots. The instruction sheet said the blades are partially attached to the center line and it was done on purpose so it can be adjusted for each skater's feet. Drilling and screwing in all the included screws, total 16 of them, is not a big deal but I felt it is an unnecessary inconvenience (considering the skill levels these skates are made for). ... show more

I purchased these skates from the Skate Guru and they were shipped quickly. The Jackson skates are really well-made. Like all new skates, they are stiff and need to be worn on the ice many times before breaking them in. This particular model is gorgeous, clean-lined and classic looking, without tacky crystals, so popular today. I'm very happy with this brand and model in appearance and also in performance. They feel sturdy and my skating has already improved with such a well-fitting pair of skates. They fit true to my shoe-size. Although extremely snug at first, the cushion-molding does truly give way to the shape of your foot and they will ease into a proper fit with time on the ice. ... show more

I love these skates. Very nice especially for the price. For some reason the left boot is a little harder to break in than the right boot. But after a while it finally started to mold to my foot.
