    • ANC is pitiful
EDIT: after a month of using, I have to return these. I couldn't keep pretending to myself that these earbuds were worth $180 when the ANC is such garbage. It just isn't worth it. The bass is also really hard to hear, and when trying to change that in app with their "boosted bass" feature, it actually glitches out and doesn't play anything at all. I tried Beats studio earbuds bc black Friday sale for $100 and it's just been a much better experience so far. Pros: - Fit is spectacular. Never have earbuds felt so comfy in my ear. They have this non sticky grip almost like felt that feels really nice and seems to prevent them from falling out. - Sound quality seems great to me - noise isolation - the fit is snug and secure so noise isolation is good with this - very small profile for case and earbuds - good battery life Cons: - ANC is completely unnoticeable. It needs to be better to compete with Airpod Pros, especially at this sticker price. ANC is most important to me for the gym and commute. - case feels like thin plastic. I feel like if it falls once, it's gonna shatter on me - seems to track earwax faster? ... show more

Purchased these from Amazon. Here are my first impressions. Pros: + Secure Fit: Stay in great, tried to shake them out with no success (looking forward to the first run with them) + Compact Case: I expected it to be small, but it was even smaller than I thought it would be. + Wireless Charging Case + Battery Life: Case & Earbuds last a significant amount of time, and fast charge offers a way to get you through that hour workout with a 5-minute charge. + Compact Earbuds: While they stick out of my ears more than I expected from pictures, these are the smallest earbuds I've seen. + App Customization: The buttons and other functions can be customized in ways I could not with previous earbuds. I appreciate the button functionality changing based on listening to media, receiving a phone call, or on a phone call. + Solo Earbud Use + Sound Quality: Sound quality is very good for the size of these earbuds. EQ in the app allows customization. + Physical Buttons: Touch-based buttons don't seem to cut it for me. These buttons do the trick. + Fit & Finish: Earbuds have a robust feel to them that leads me to believe they will hold up over time. Cons: - Color Options: Wish they were offered in the Titanium Black like the pros - ANC: As I read in other pre-release reviews, the ANC leaves more to be desired. Hopefully, this can be -improved with an update. - No Multipoint: Not a huge deal for me since it is supposed to be added with a future update. - App: Layout/Setting locations confusing at times. Sometimes certain setting pages won't load. Summary: Looking forward to continuing to evaluate these as I'd really like a pair of earbuds that I can use at work for calls, as well as for working out.     • Best Jabras of the 4 models I’ve owned
I’ve owned the 65s, 75s, 85s and these. 65s were good, 75s as good but smaller, and the elliptical canal-end of the 85s were horrible. Avoid the 85s! The 7s are my favorite, with one issue. Sound quality is great. I think the noise cancellation is the best yet. They are the smallest of all of them and I do like the slightly grippy texture of the buds. The one problem is that they won’t connect with more than one device at a time. The previous models did. It’s a little irritating and it’s going to cost them a star. One small design issue as well; the case opens from the plug side. Why. Creates a small issue when opening the case. . It’s goofy, but we’ll pretend I didn’t mention that. Jabra claims that a software update might fix the one-device-at-a-time issue. If that happens, I hereby promise I’ll upgrade to 5 stars. I don’t use these for phone calls so I can’t speak to that part of their use. BTW I use them on my bike for music and the unavoidable wind noise buds cause is as good on these as any. ... show more

    • Excellent Active Earbuds. ANC / Hear through good.
These are my first totally wireless buds. Went for a long trail run and they stayed put. ANC may not be as good as others, but I find it very good. I’m able to listen to music in my office and tune out my loud family. Also it blocks out wind noise during a run pretty well. Love the small form factor, controls, and app. Impressed. Will update to 5 stars if they can provide multi-device support across my iPhone and MacBook at the same time. Right now, it’s one or the other. My only complaint. ... show more

    • Noise Cancelation Really bad
I had a Jabra 65t that was way better than this new Elite 7 Active ones. The first Elite 7 Active that I received was defective, I did reset, updated the firmware, and all procedure and the defect was still present, the ANC was not working. Returned to Amazon for a replacement, the replacement unit is working but ANC is really, really poor, almost unnoticeable... Shame on Jabra. Everything else is really average, battery life and sound quality... The sound is not beter than older models, search in the internet and will see lots of people writing about it. ... show more

    • Great sound but left bud has high pitch sound
I wanted to like this set of buds. The sound is great, hear-through works particularly well, fit is pretty good (although I couldn't get it quite perfect in my right ear), battery life is awesome, and the overall quality and feel is premium. Unfortunately, there is a faint but noticeable high pitch noise in the left earbud only. At this price point, I expect more and am not willing to deal with it...maybe if it was on sale, I'd reconsider. It's not noticeable when playing but is noticeable when pausing or just starting.     • Do not "upgrade" from 75t"s
I bought these to upgrade from the Jabra elite 75t"s. These are a downgrade in every way. They feel and look the same size (not smaller) as the 75t"s, and stick out of my ear the same. They sound "tinny" with not as much bass or treble as the 75t"s. ANC is about the same as 75t"s. They are way overpriced for an inferior sounding bud in my opinion. Stick with the 75t"s for a fraction of the price. ... show more
