  • Excellent Protection and Comfort
Size: Medium Color: White
I recently bought the J.A.G. Men's Mesh Motorcycle Shirt and it's been fantastic for all my rides. The shirt offers CE Level 1 protection in key areas like shoulders, elbows, and back, giving me peace of mind while riding. It’s versatile enough to wear as a lightweight jacket or under other gear, thanks to its easy-to-use zipper and non-shrink fabric that fits seamlessly. The breathable mesh keeps me cool, and the stretchy fabric ensures comfort even on long rides. Removing the armor for washing is straightforward, making maintenance simple. This shirt is a great mix of safety, comfort, and convenience, perfect for any rider looking for reliable gear. Highly recommend for its protective features and ease of use! ... show more

  • Great fitting. Lightweight. Well made
Size: Large Color: Orange
Great fitting jack with all the armor protection. Wonderful for Summer riding. Fits Like a 2nd skin. Not baggy. Looks as good as it fits. Great quality breathable. Good value for the money. It even has outside zipper pockets. Best of all it can even be folded into a small backpack. Lightweight. I would buy again. It's thin material, but not cheap material. Again great quality. I recommend. Great style. ... show more

  • Coulda been a winna.
Size: Medium Color: White
Other than a significant design flaw, this "shirt" is well-suited to my cycling situation. The issue doesn't make the shirt unusable, just unnecessarily annoying. The problem is the neck-line at the front. It is too high. There is a flap of cloth on the left "lapel" intended to cover the zipper when it is fully closed. It does do that. and pokes into the bottom of your chin. But wait, there's more! Even the right side top of the zipper and neck-band stick into your flesh. You might think, "I'll just leave the zipper down, the shirt doesn't need to be fully zippered up to function". Wrong! Just pulling the zipper down even six inches doesn't stop the irritation. The stiff neck-band still holds the top of the zipper in an uncomfortable position. I'm not sending the shirt back because I did find a, somewhat awkward, workaround. I pull the zipper down about six inches and then fold under the resulting flaps on both sides. They usually stay in that position in use. If the neck-band form were slightly changed (which would slightly reduce the amount of required fabric) to make an U-neck design that would solve the problem. I doesn't need to be a V-neck, just lower than a "military" collar. Other than protection, the entire purpose of this product is ventilation. Increasing said ventilation a little would only enhance the function. ... show more

  • Excellent, size is pretty close, looks good, and should be fairly cool on hot days. (mesh jacket)
Size: Small Color: Green
I first tried a different style and brand of protective CE riding jacket; I bought the HWK jacket in small, and it wore like an xl , literally, the shoulder pads fell down to about triceps lol, and the elbow pads down to forearms, double lol, and wide enough that they would be baggy even for a pair of pants. :smi, the jacket did look pretty decent though. ----- This Mesh jacket/shirt I have trouble with sizing, 5' 5'' 123 lbs, usually a med long sleeve shirt is perfect. I also did not want skin tight like the pictures of this mesh shirt/jacket indicate, I did not want that look. So it turns out this is just about right in small for me, the sleeves are right, and the pads about right, except for the back pad, it is way too heavy for the shirt/jacket, it pulls so hard on the shirt, that the front comes up to around my throat and back keeps falling down very uncomfortably. I took out the back pad, and ordered a thinish' motocross chest/back protector which makes more sense for what I want anyway. I bought this for my street-bike motorcycle riding. ------ The green stripes are ok, lighter more lime green/yellow would be preferred, but waht I didn't realize by looking at photos, was that when I put it on its WAY TOO MUCH with very 'busy' stripes/flames, particularly shoulder, upper arm area. Don't laugh now, I first tried to exchange but didn't find the right option for that, I figured on changing it for the darker one with barely visible stripes/flames, since that didn't work out, I took out a black spray can and lightly painted over the shoulder areas, so they weren't so boldly flammy.... leaving the forearm flames intact, DONE LOL, ------ The front zipper (only zipper I think) is amazing I don't believe I've ever had one on anything that zips up so smoothly. I think the mesh with allow a fair amount of wind/air to circulate and help keep me 'less hot' in the summer, while allowing a fair amount of protection. ... show more

  • Dirty Dirty
Size: XX-Large Color: Grey Black
I very rarely leave a review. Especially a bad review. Having had my own business and with intimate knowledge of “bad reviews”, it’s usually just an upset person, or just unstable to be frank. It does more damage than what most people realize and shouldn’t be done at all without legitimate reasoning, in my opinion. In this case, I will probably be seen as unstable at the very least for my complaint. Which is fare and everyone has their own weird things they do. So. To the point already. I pulled the mesh protective riding jersey / shirt out of the bag, pulled my tshirt off and zipped it up to get a feel for it. Within mere seconds I began to itch. Now for clarity, I have what could be considered a compulsive disorder regarding new clothes. I will absolutely not wear any new clothes without washing first. I will immediately itch and can feel the “new” in any piece of clothing. I will try something on if it’s something I’ve never worn or am concerned about return ability. What separates this from the norm, is I began to itch vigorously. As in felt like my skin was crawling. You may ask why I washed the garment, which is a fair question, but I worked in the garage all day, had a birthday party, etc. Very hot muggy Texas day! Which by the way, if you’ve never experienced the “prickly hots”, it’s something we, former Marines refer to after having to sweat for the majority of a day. What tends to happen is your sweat pores will clog with salt and dirt, dust, or whatever. Essentially the pores become “clogged” and all of the sudden if feels like prickly hots! Which is what I chalked this up to initially. I pulled it off, immediately put it in the sink with warm water and soap, wiped my self down, went back to the sink and was shocked at how dirty the water was. And yes, I understand clothing, dyes, etc, more than anyone should be. I’ve hand washed more clothes than probably a hundred normal people combined. This of course had dye coming out. All new dark clothes do. But I can usually press that out in the sink within 5 minutes if I’m in a hurry and feel like getting rough with it. Because of my weird inability to wear new clothes, I’ve become, let’s say a new clothing Sommelier! But seriously, I’ve got many photos and videos of the entire process of me trying to make any sort of sense of how this is possible. And no, it’s not used. Well, it’s definitely used to some degree but was sold as new. I don’t want to make unsubstantiated or false accusations but I am almost certain, in addition to whatever was in this piece of clothing, also had some sort of creepy crawlies in it. After zooming in with the Apple zoom / magnifying feature, it would be very difficult to convince me otherwise. However, the camera app and that feature are not the same. At least as far as my knowledge goes. So, I don’t have hard evidence and really don’t care. There’s creepy crawlies everywhere and understand “life”. I’ll put a few photos, I don’t need to over do this with the videos as i may have used a few bad words, and at the end of the day, this is not a big deal. At all. I’ll just simply throw it away and move on. Other than this here novel of a review. I figured if I’m going to write one, may as well make it entertaining! And for final thoughts, the shirt is mostly well made and is exactly what I envisioned. In fact, more so. It’s a very nice product. I was going to change the review from 1 star to a 3 or 4 but am going to stay a little hard on this. I’m still trying to wipe that stuff off! Okay. Enough is enough. Carry on. And yes, if you made it this far and put 2 & 2 together, I caved and changed it to 3 star. I’m a softy. ... show more

Size: 5X-Large Color: Red
Minus the smell when I opened it (washed it right away) it fit perfectly. I'm a big guy 280lbs. 5XL fit perfectly. Definitely gonna have to snag another one. For those who have said the mesh rips when removing or inserting the ce pads back into the jacket, all you have to do is fold the pads. Done this on every jacket I have and it hasn't failed me yet 😂 ... show more

  • Just what the summer time riders need
Size: Large Color: White
This is what I was looking for especially in summer weather !!! This is perfect for hot weather season , wearing a flannel or a sweater gets too hot, even the so call summer jackets with all the padding get hot as well. This is perfect i wear a regular T-shirt over the mesh long sleeve shirt , to give that old school thermal look. The biggest difference is that this give you protection and because it mesh way way cooler than a summer jacket or flannel with pads . I recommend this for sure. As far as fit I did order a Large that fits perfect as I wear underneath my regular tshirt .am 5’7 200 lbs with an athletic build . Now if you have a belly I suggest one size up as it does fit like a thermal or rash guard shirt would fit close to your body . My only gripe which is small but definitely not a deal breaker I wish it was a pull over instead of the zipper . Again not a deal breaker , but other than that this is Awsome !!! ... show more
