These are really nice school uniform pants, I got the navy. I love the Velcro openings instead of a zipper, but I am not so sure of the utility of the Velcro on the legs, I don’t see when that would be useful and it makes it a little difficult to roll these up. I got the size 7 for my very tall for her age 5 year old, and I should have gotten the 6. I have to roll up the pants 2x to fit, and that is a little odd looking with the Velcro. My daughter is 49” tall and 48lbs and an athletic build, the pants legs are not at all tight, which is an issue in pants for her. I love the adjustable, button elastic waist, and they can be pulled tight quite a bit. They are good pants, and I would purchase these again. ... show more

another poor-quality school uniform clothing from Amazon -horrible wrinkles after washing and drying. Will never buy this type of clothing here. Amazon has poor quality school uniform clothing, it's a second "brand" and both are wrinkles and look horrible after wash/dry.

I find these pants’ style rather odd. There are slits at the bottom of each leg that are secured with velcro. I guess if the pants are designed with a tight fit, the slit would be helpful to put the legs through. But the sizing is too large so I find these slits to be useless, not to mention they look weird, not stylish at all. My 6 year old usually wears size 6 in most brands, but the IZOD in size 6 are way too big on her. She had to put on a belt to keep the pants from falling off (even after adjusting the elastic band). The length is right. She is almost 4 ft tall, with a 22” waist. These pants look baggy on her. I would not buy these again. Oh and the fly is fake - the button is not functional, it is just Velcro. Who puts Velcro to secure the waist? ... show more
