When I ordered this, it was mostly for the color - I thought it would be a true Navy but it looks a bit like dark wash denim. The subtle pattern is a nice neutral design though and the stitching feels sturdy like it will hold up over time.

I originally got this spread to use as a back-up for our regular spread. However, when I opened the package, I was so impressed with the feel of the spread & the subtle design, I just knew I had to make this my new regular spread. Before doing that however, I am adding some additional custom designwork to the spread as it is made of polyester & I am into sublimation these days. Going to surprise my husband with a new spread sublimated with pictures of our life together over the years for our anniversary this year! Now that winter has gone, it's time to change out all of the wintertime bed linens and go for something lighter. I have changed out the flannel sheets for cotton ones, and need a bed cover more appropriate for the warmer nights. This lightweight bedspread works to transition from winter to spring and into summer. It is heavy enough for nights when it is still a little on the cool side, and is light enough to continue using into summer. The fabric is soft and has a beautiful leaf pattern sewn into it. The bedspread has beautiful quilting. Yes, it is actually stitched! The fabric is buttery soft to the touch! It is a nice light weight and is good for those of us who cannot sleep when hot.
