I love this set but the lavender is more of a light pretty blue color. Almost like a periwinkle color. Maybe it's the color of my walls or lighting. I'm about to paint and will update my review if the color changes. Lol.. my walls are currently beige, I'm painting them a lavender gray color..I'm hoping this will bring out the color more.. if not I'll just give it to my son... it's beautiful either way . Washed it in cold inside out and dried it in the dryer inside out..came out nice...I didn't dry all the way tho..hung it up to finish drying.. I took a picture of my old comforter set that is lilac next to the that's supposed to be lavender. ... show more

This duvet is simply stunning. Incredibly soft but very heavy. Clearly we have cats. As pet owners with shedders know, hair… hair everywhere.
