My room is pretty big and this thing cools it off fast I live in So Cal, it gets pretty hot a lot of over 100 degree days but I have never used it on medium or high because it gets too cold. it is AWESOME!! I highly recommend. A bit loud but not too bad it doesn't bother me anymore the cooing power far outweighs any noise. Oh also it is a slimmer profile than others and easy to move around.

I use this in a large open upstairs area as needed. It cools the area down quickly and so far has worked without any issues. None of these AC units are quiet. They put out a decent amount of sound ao if you are a light sleeper, you will want to weigh the pros and cons of having it in your bedroom. The unit looks great and arrived on time and while the box was a little dinged up, the unit was not damaged. This unit has saved me from burning up over the past few months. I will probably use it throughout the winter because I love the cold. It is worth the cost for me.

I needed to cool my garage since I use a portion of it for an office when working remote. Kept the garage comfortable for work even though it is sized for a smaller area. If I made my office space smaller it would work even better. The issue with these is you need to be near a window to run the exhaust air out. The exhaust tube gets hot which works against keeping the room cool. I picked up an insulated tube but I have not installed it hoping it would contain the heat better.

Controlling this unit using an app on my phone is an excellent option - I can start the A/C on my way home from work, adjusting temp, fan speed, mode, etc. Installation was easy, except for cryptic instructions on how to hook up to WiFi. (Hint: holding the FAN button for 3 seconds is the "Reset button"). Using this to cool about 250 sq ft bedroom / sitting room. Certainly has enough cooling power for my needs. Now I can turn down (or even turn off) the house's air conditioner which used to run day and night without cooling the upstairs very well. The noise level is as expected, but certainly is not too loud. Shipping took 3 more days than the 20 days originally estimated for free UPS Ground service. Wait time was excessive and they would receive 2 stars (if this category existed) because of the delays and since the packaging was very banged up when we received it. The unit itself came through unharmed. I would recommend this unit.

Best window A/C. Rent House A/C wasn’t cooling enough- this window kept the den at 72 (with the house A/C on as well). Bedrooms were at 82. (We are in Texas with heat index 100-110). Finally got a 4 ton A/C that has the house at 72. Still use the window A/c- not that it’s needed but to make living area very cold. 🤗
