The boots are very comfortable. I would suggest getting a special boot stretcher to stretch the sides right a little more even though they say they’re wide they’re not as wide as my fault, but they are comfortable and put some type of gel orthotic in the boot also

I read the reviews and thought it was worth a try, since real boots eventually wear out. This would be a good alternative. What I found was that these fit and feel like rubber boots. There is so much give to the material, and it in no way feels like you have cowboy boots on. Again, it feels like rubber boots on--in no way snug around the foot. Based on toe placement, I selected the right size. I bought 2 other pairs of under $70 boots, and returned. This third pair was the tipping point. Because I had purchased a pair of Ariat boots first, which I kept and love, I had a good impression of what a boot should feel like, especially one that you must break in. Ariat was similar to all of my work boots: Tight at first, but over time, it fit my foot as though it were a comfortable sneaker. This boot taught me a valuable lesson....Just go to a boot store. I went to the boot store and got a chance to try on different brands and see how my foot fits into each brand. Now I'm more educated to buy boots online, if I choose to. I know more about which brands are 1 size larger or .5 larger, and which ones are narrow, requiring that I order a wide. Amazingly, the assortment and variety at the boot store was more than what was offered online, and for some strange reason, perhaps inventory, all prices at the local boot store were cheaper than the best prices offered on Amazon. Grade: F - The Seller also gets a below-average grade. This seller requires the outer box for return, or else the outer box gets an F. The other two pairs of boots I tried and returned did not require the outer box. So if you must see for yourself, don't say I didn't warn you unless you are looking for a pair of rubber boots that look like cowboy boots! ... show more
