These leggings are the thickest I have found without being fleece lined. You can still see a little bit of the underwear lines but there's zero issue if you wear thongs. No worries if you wear colorful undies though, zero sheerness. They smooth my tummy and for the most part smooth out my cellulite. I see the cellulite a little bit more in the colorful pants (I have the burgundy/wine color as well) but not enough to disuade me from wearing them. I live in these leggings. Day to day life as well as working out at the gym for 30mins-2 hours. Yes they slide down a little bit but maybe that's because I should have sized up? I purchased one pair, and another, and finally a third pair of these compression pants. I am now in the process of ordering two additional colors. I have an injured knee and a recent hip surgery due to a fall resulting in a break. Although I am doing really well, If I do much walking, my knee gets stiff and my hip and leg get extremely tired. Compression pants were recommended. I wanted nice colors, reasonably priced, with detailed recommendations. These pants are perfect for my needs. Many times, I wear these pants all day and sometimes at night. They have made such a difference in keeping me comfortable while I continue with a busy life including frequent road trips. I recommend anyone considering these to not only read the recommendations but also to read the company's detailed statement on the thought and care that goes into these great compression pants! For me, these pants absolutely live up to the company's description! By the way, I entered my height and weight and the recommended size is a perfect fit. Also, these launder well. I use the washer but I don't put them in the dryer. As they say, the thickness is great. Not see through at all. I have recently worn these in 80 to 90+ degree weather all day sight seeing outside in Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee. I was not uncomfortable wearing these pants and I am usually hot. I’m a plus-sized woman so finding leggings that don’t flash panty-lines and hide knee and thigh fat wrinkles can be difficult, but these leggings do the trick. Very comfortable for around the house or going out, though the lighter colors do have easy-to-see panty lines so just be aware of those.
