If it helps, we're now on our third bottle, and it's now our go-to olive oil. It's light, it's fruity, and it's one of only a few olive oils I can stand to drink from a teaspoon. I like the taste and flavor. It's the real deal. Debatable on the price, but compared to what's out there with their marketing, maybe worth it. I regularly enjoyed drinking it and just finished my bottle. I barely used it for cooking since it loses a lot of its goodness.

Literature inside the box Very smooth with an outstanding flavor, fresh aroma with a slight peppery taste / feel.
