I have been a fan of IT luggage for years, but the quality of this piece is pathetic. I had a thick luggage cover on it and two support straps...and still it not hold up. The wire support is permanently bent and is protruding through the fabric. It won't survive another trip.

I'm having a hard time replacing my suitcase even though I measure it, when I compare the new one next mine it's not quite the same size. this one did not hold the same amount of clothing, it doesn't have the expansion zipper or a handle on the side to help pick up the bag.

looks nice, but feels delicate. Yet to check in international travels. I will handle it gently, but I can't expect same in airports. With such build quality, I would expect it to hold 3 -5 international trips. Ill keep updating
