It did not and I ended up paying $21. This is my #1 favorite blush brush as it fans out over my cheeks and covers a larger area with blush. It picks up blush so easily. I use it with It blushes and Laura Gellar blushes. It is not a dense brush but is full. I had one of these brushes for years and I accidentally dropped it on my tile floor and the handle broke. I immediately went to Amazon and had to reorder one. It's a great makeup brush and the little acrylic ball on it makes it extra cute.
