These are amazing! I cant wait to make more. Made a set for a friend and put little sawtooth picture hangers on the back to be used as wall decorations instead of coasters. I plan to make more to be used as coasters too. The big one I used for something different. I haven't demolded it yet. But it looks good so far. I found a tip that if you paint the design on the mold with a paint pen (decorate art foil pen) before you pour the resin, the design comes off and is on the design.     • Lovely coaster design. Plain tray.
The coasters look just as pictured. The tray is not! The tray is shaped similar ly to the coasters, although NOT t the same. Additionally, there is absolutely no design in it. But o on the positive side, you could decorate the tray to match geode style coasters, or whatever other design you like. The only way to put the mandala design would to use one of the cured coasters places into the center then or over and around. Use mold release and take your time removing cured resin from these coaster molds. I do under running water to assist. ... show more

I was very afraid of the mold ripping as I took the resin out. I had better luck after freezing them for about an hour. Just go slow!

The media could not be loaded. Great size. be patient with the tiny grooves, you will get bubbles but if u go in with a dropper they come out. Overall happy with this purchase, excited to add these to my shop.

    • Geode tray was damaged out of the box
Unfortunately, the large geode tray had a piece of the mold lip missing and I didn’t notice it until I had already poured a small amount of resin in it. I’m super disappointed because I cannot use it. I didn’t want to send the whole set back because I had already made my smaller etched coasters. Lesson learned to thoroughly and carefully check your molds as soon as you get them. ... show more

I absolutely love this mandala pattern and was looking forward to making a set but twice I’ve received a large geode tray mold in the set instead of the mandala. I would give a much higher rating if I got what order...either time.
