Very nice scooter. Kind of heavy to fold down and bring on bus though. Lots of power and feel safe on it. Battery pack was loose so had to repair it. Isinwheel reimbursed right away.

They sent me a controller and helped me fix it because I had an E5 error this scooter is amazing the people at isinwheel actually help highly recommend hopefully they expand on accessories for this specific model because under the hood is four bolts for a possible seat attachment

This Scooter is solid and fast. Easy to assemble. I weigh 240 lbs. and rode like the wind on the slow speed. Throttled up to 18 miles per hour. The disk brakes stop the scooter on a dime. Not ready yet to go at full speed. Scooter did not lose power going uphill. The locking mechanism to fold down and up the handlebars is a little hard to use.
