My son has a severe case of psoriasis and using this for a month has shown the skin healing well. He likes it and results would be even better if he remembers to apply it more often. 4 stars

My personal experience with the Eczema Ointment was mixed. While the ointment gave some relief for my dermatitis and anti-itch requirements, it did not perform as well for my arm itch. Furthermore, it causes numbness at first and is little greasy, making it difficult to absorb. On the plus side, the product's natural ingredients were a pleasant break from other harsher products I've tried in the past. My skin was soothed and healed by the beeswax, olive oil, and honey.Individual outcomes may vary, and it may not be beneficial for all skin disorders.

I highly recommend this cream. SUMMARY: Only a tiny bit is needed. It absorbs well into the skin and doesn't feel slimy or greasy. I like that the ingredients are natural without hydrocortisone. I tend to be quite sensitive to medications of any kind and felt this would be safe to try. This literally worked overnight on the finger and not flaring up a couple of days later as had happened with the RX cream. As well, the same results with the scalp; however, that did take a couple of days of only applying at night after a shampoo, so the cream would be fresh. EXPLANATION: I tend to get eczema flare-ups, especially when stressed. Recently, I have had a flare-up on the middle joint of my forefinger on the left hand. Such a small spot for such pain and burning, and in the way when knitting or crocheting with throwing yarn over that finger. I try to protect with a finger guard, but that is awkward. All it does is protect the finger from the back/forth motion of the needles and yarn being thrown. Not being sure if this was actually eczema, or just dry, itchy skin, having never had a flare-up on the finger, I tried antibiotic cream to give some moisture, that did not work. After the antibiotic cream the flare-up showed clearly as eczema. I tried the prescription RX that I usually use. It took a couple of days, but worked until only a couple of days later after working, it flared up again. I tried zinc oxide and that was helpful and cleared up the spot on the finger, but again, it was back in a couple of days. Same thing was happening with a breakout in my scalp that was clearly eczema and went directly to the prescription cream that didn't work as well as it usually does, but did relieve the itching. Then, my order came for this natural “iShanCare” crèam. I am impressed! It worked overnight on the finger. The breakout in the scalp is not itching or flaking and seems to have mostly cleared up, after using only one night. The scalp area has been going on for over a month, despite using the prescription cream. Again, I have to say that I highly recommend this cream. The tube is a respectable size for how infrequently I would need to use. My RX tube is 30g, and I use about 2 tubes a year, maybe start a 3rd. This "iShanCare" tube is 50g, so for me seems to be a perfect size. Others may want/need a larger tube. Maybe a small and larger tube could be produced(?). I would give 10-stars if I could, so 5-stars it is!

I had a patchy, dry, flaky area between my big toe and 2nd toe from constantly wearing house shoes. It was weirdly dry n flaky on the inner parts of those 2 toes and the curve. I guess all the warmth or dampness from sweating maybe while wearing closed toe house shoes caused athlete's foot over time. It has been months i was unsure why my skin was like that until i did some research. So i found this product to try to cure it. I have been using this eczema cream for about 9x and all that patchy, dry, flaky skin is gone and is smoother now.

I used this for my kiddo's eczema and it helped a little bit. She said that it burned, but sure says that about everything so I'm not sure if it really did! I just tried a bit on her because of her sensitive skin, it didn't seem to irritate it. I don't really like the scent, I don't like to use fragrance on her skin. I will try another small area again and see how she does.

This is a large tube of anti itch cream. The cream comes out nice and thick/creamy like good quality baby lotion. I think that is the colloidal oatmeal, which is the main ingredient. The only think I'm not too fond of is the menthol smell- it is an inactive ingredient which I'd prefer not be in it. I'd rather there be no smell. My irritated skin that I used this on was 80 percent better the next day which I'd say is quite impressive.

Oddly feels and smells like putting on a weak muscle rub. But does apply smoothly and absorbs in after a little bit. Lessens itching and irritation slightly, hopefully effectiveness will improve with use.
