Iβve included the pics of new unit below, it was the size I ordered 12 inches, it was even, the lace was perfect. The quality of the hair itself was never a problem. That remained true for this unit as well. The seller is what made this process smooth. Great communication and fast shipping!! Glad to know if there is a problem they will rectify it!! *********************************************************** Sooo I have tried to reach the seller to no avail. The good. The hair is soft and really nice looking. However I order 12 inches but clearly received not that. The hair was over plucked in the center part . Looks like an alopecia patient. However because it was delivered @ 6pm on the evening of my husbands birthday party. I had no choice but to try and make it work. But itβs not cool this could be a lasting wig for my get up and go days and itβs NOT!! I need some sort of compensation!

The bangs are very short not as long as the picture another reviewer said Dora explorer but not in a cute way. The hair itself was soft and nice color although I was expecting black (1b) but it was more brown like #2 hair color very nice curls great except for the bangs! I have a small head and they stopped a little above my eyebrows so if you have a large forehead or head circumference idk if this will work.

Very disappointed with the delivery and product. Ordered the next day delivery method. Delivered one day late then promised. Finally arrived and was supposed to received the 12inch. Definitely not 12inches more like 8-10 inches(doesn't touch my shoulders and head size is sm/md). And definitely not shorter because of the curls since I stretch the curls to see the true length. And wished curls was slightly more coiled. Hair soft and wig is full only plus. Just wish I got the length I paid for. RETURNING
