We are overall happy with this headboard. It is a little cheaper looking that what I’d hoped for but for the money it works. The fit, length and sizing fits what’s described. The color is what I’m most happy with. It’s just like shown - a warm almost vanilla linen color. My daughter likes that it’s soft for her to relax against when we watch a movie or read books before bed. We did bolt it to the wall so it wouldn’t fall. Overall a solid product for a kids room.

If you're willing to make compromises or be satisfied with "good enough" then this will work for you. The problem is, Im not sure if any other similar products will be any different. The cost wasn't a factor and neither was shipping, or even the quality. Herein lies the problem. It only adjusts vertically and NOT horizontally. It's made with the assumption that all American made King and California King Size beds are the same width. There's no way to adjust the width. The legs fit in a vertical channel and are easily adjusted. My wife says it's just "okay" and told me to paint the legs the same color as the wall so they'll blend in. I'm an engineer by trade and that just doesn't go well with me. If it was designed well, I wouldn't have to make any adjustments. For now it stays, until I find something different, before our return window expires. I don't plan on making any modifications.
