It’s actually almost 71in tall, slightly under by one notch of the standard construction measuring tape. Great quality and firmness of wood, the back wall piece is very thin but it doesn’t matter as long as you place it against the wall, structure is mostly made of sides and the shelves. very nice and even color, could not find any small defects. panels gets heavy once you put them together so be careful. all tools included, took me 2 hrs bc im meticulous and making it perfect. only problem was panel #4 didnt have the hole drilled to fit into the other half but its easy to fix with a drill, the wood is drilled already so youre only making a hole by drilling the top layer of laminate that they put over the panel. or you could just use a knife and carve it out. might just be only my order that had this. overall good product and very worth the price than going to ikea.

I bought this to have more vertical storage space for homeschool books and DVD’s. I was hoping it would be deep enough to put two layers of DVD’s on each shelf, one behind the other, but it’s not. One layer fits very well though. That’s really my only complaint, I wish it were just a few more inches deep. There is extra height in each shelf on top of the DVD cases to stack a few more so it works. Seems decent enough quality and holds everything I need it to.

I bought this bookshelf as it is the same company and look as my desk. So they match. For the most part the shelf works great, looks nice The shelf could be a little deeper. This bookshelf is taller and not as deep as another bookshelf I have. So this 1 can be a bit unstable depending on how used and placed. They know this as they give a piece to drill into the top and then into the wall so it doesn't tip over. This is kind of stupid as trim does not let the shelves sit flush to the wall, so it tips backwards. I did not drill this into my walls. I just used 2 small wedges in the front that you cant see. The screws use a hex key. It doesn't seem to fit right, so takes some time to screw everything in. The shelf ends up being 2 pieces which get screwed together with these 4 locking bolts is best I can describe. You turn the bolts they give you with a philips head screw driver they supply. The screw driver is worthless. The cross hairs on the bolts for the philips head are very wide. The screw driver they give you is a 1/4 of the size it needs to be and just spins in the center where it doesn't touch the cross hairs. Luckily I have a philips head set, 1 with a very wide head I never had a need to use, till I got this. So this works best if you have your own tools.

I absolutely love the shelves, they seem nice and sturdy. As far as assembly goes, the directions are super easy to follow. If you're an able bodied person you can probably have it put together in less than an hour. If you're someone who has an auto-immune disease like me, expect around 3-4 hours with breaks. It was a big job for sure but I got it done! 👍 OH but the Alan key it comes with sucks and didn't make it through the whole assembly so that's my only complaint. I will probably be buying another one of these soon!

I love these bookshelves. I received 2 for Christmas from my husband to redecorate my office. I ended up ordering another one because I have so many books! They are really classy and look beautiful. They did take some time to put together, but was so worth it.

so I bought one bookshelf, realized that we had to buy a second bookshelf, but the same exact one one of them holds all the kids books one of the other bookshelves holds all the adult books and cookbook. Great quality they do mount to the back of the wall, so they don’t have potential of falling over. Size fits great where we place them in the den total value for your money. Easy insulation organizes books in different categories because of all the different shelves.

Easy to build, even with only 1 person. They give you enough screws/items. My one issue is they include a screwdriver but it didn't fit, but had a regular screwdriver and it worked. Fits a lot of books. Pretty sturdy without using the top hinge. Overall, would recommend. Color is great, but the stickers to hide the screws are too light. Would say worth the price ($68 at time of purchase)
