  • They fit pretty damn good! And I have a super wide foot too. *added 1 yr update*
Size: 10 Color: Black
**1 year later update 3-17-24** After a 4000+ mile riding season for me and about a 5000 mile season for my son we can both attest to how great these shoes are. They aren't waterproof but dry super fast, we don't wear them around other than motorcycling stops and they are still holding up like new. They breath well in hot weather and repel wind well in colder weather. Best of all they broke in where they fit like they were custom made shoes. They are worth every penny!! -------------------------------------------------- **Initial review March 2023** First off some info about my feet. My daily shoe is a Sketcher size 10EW. When new they are snug in width (not uncomfy snug but close), but the Sketchers eventually stretch out and are fully comfy. I do end up blowing the outer sides of the Sketcher after about a year wearing them so I know I push the width of them. I am a 4E width at a shoe store. I can't wear any medium or D width shoes of any kind and most of the time my foot won't even go into them. My feet measure 27.5cm in length and 12cm in width with no socks on. I ordered the Jias because many reviews said they ran wide. I agree that they do fit moderately wide feet in a true to size measurement. I first ordered the size 10 of this shoe because of the true to size fit claim. I could get it on with some wiggling but it was just too tight in width (uncomfy) where there was enough pressure on the top part of my big toe about an inch forward of the last lace hole that it felt like it was scraping off my toe hair through the sock. Overall my toes just felt too cramped, or maybe even misaligned with where the shoe was supposed to bend at the toes so it didnt feel good even though the length when standing flat foot was actually pretty good. The back part of the shoe and ankle felt really nice. My adult son wears a 9.5 wide shoe where he can get away with wearing a 10 or 10.5 medium or D shoe like a Nike (Nikes don't fit me at all). He thought the Jia size 10 fit him perfectly in length and width. He said they fit perfect for him. His foot measures 26.5cm in length and 11cm in width. We kept the size 10 Jias for him. I then ordered the size 11 Jias to try and I am so glad I did. The foot width felt slightly snug (but not uncomfy) when I first tried them on but now after an hour wearing them in my house they feel like they are gloving wonderfully to my feet. I do feel a slight, very slight like 1/4" of front/back slide, but it is really far from too much and actually gives me room for a thin insole or arch support, although I don't feel like I need it. The width is like the Sketcher Extra Wide width, but that really just means a 2E-ish kind if width where people like me with a paddle foot might need some width break in time. I also relaxed the laces quite a bit to open up the width and I am happy to say that the tongue is wide enough when relaxed where you can't see around the tongue to the socks. The more I wear the shoes the more glove like they feel on my foot. I feel like I can tighten up the laces too. YES! I am very pleased with the size 11 and my son really likes the size 10. These shoes are a worthy purchase!! The side zipper is awesome. ... show more

  • Feel great while riding
Size: 8.5 Color: Black
- Good grip on foot pegs, do not slide. - Good traction on road surface when stopped at lights, no slipping. - Comfortable and not hot to wear. - I normally wear a 9 which they don't carry, didn't want too much length so went down to an 8.5. They fit great for riding although I think if I walked a lot in them I may feel my toes touching the end. But for what I bought them for, the 8.5 is acceptable. They really should be carried in a 9 though, I cannot imagine why they are not carried in such a common size. - Had outside ankle protection yet look casual, which is why I bought them in the first place. - I haven't had them very long, but at this point I would not hesitate to buy again. Time will tell on durability. ... show more

  • Love them
Size: 10 Color: Black
Love these things. They look great, don’t get too super hot, and are comfortable walking around in. Only complaint is that they are a little slick on wet pavement.

  • Outstanding. Love these
Size: 10 Color: Black
These are amazing riding shoes and I highly recommend. Comfortable, well built and look great. I'm ridding in hot summer in Georgia and feet are not sweaty or hot. Waterproof. Been in a couple rain storms. No issues. Buy them if in doubt.

  • Iron Jia Riding Shoe End of Season Report (~3,500 miles of use)
Size: 8.5 Color: Grey
Iron Jia Riding Shoe End of Season Report Purchased in April 2025 Size = 8.5 (US) Miles used since purchase = ~3,500 miles I used the Iron Jia (IJ) sizing chart to pick which size to order. The values obtained indicated I needed I needed something between size 7.5 and 8.5 [US], so I order the larger size. I have small feet. The shoe fit PERFECTLY, (with socks) which I NEVER expected to happen, because it seems every time I order something new it is either the wrong size or defective in some way. So this came as a incredibly pleasant surprise. These shoes are NOT waterproof. I tested them in 3-4” of Lake Michigan. Riding in lighter rain did not seem to be a problem on a fairing-equipped bike (2021 Yamaha X-Max) No defects were detected at the time of purchase and no problems developed during 3,500 miles of use. Ventilation was good if they were out in the wind (bike has fairing). I wore shortened dress socks on super-hot days to keep my feet cooler. I intended to use the IJ's for riding vs walking because of flat feet, but I probably put a half-dozen miles on them during the summer but rely on walking shoes if I intended to explore a particular destination for any length of time. I give them a 5 for fit, quality and durability. ... show more

  • Great Buy
Size: 11 Color: Black
These shoes are by far the best shoes I have ever had. I’m 67 years old and have owned a bunch of shoes. As far as motorcycle shoes I know I have not owned better. Love the fit and style. Thumbs up and don’t hesitate to get yourself a pair.

  • Nice looking but be careful with these.
Size: 9.5 Color: Grey
These are very nice looking high top shoes. However, these shoes are the very bare minimum foot protection when riding a motorcycle. It is a comfortable shoe, with laces and a side zipper by the outside on the foot on each shoe. I tried them out and went on a short trip to ride. When at a stop light the shoes had little to any traction on slightly damp oil stained surfaces and road paint from a rain storm 4 hours prior that day. The road looked dry but wasn't. I came close to dropping my Triumph due to my left foot not able to get traction. Luckily I was able to push off enough on my left foot while slipping to get the bike to tilt to the other side and gain control. It only happened once in my 10 mile ride. This was alarming and enough to make me worry and doubt the effectiveness of the shoes, and that I not take it for granted the shoes will work in similar situations. If you plan to ride in any damp air or even the road, I would not recommend these shoes. If riding on a dry day, I would say yeah they will probably be okay. Just watch out for road stains when stopping and be aware that these shoes may not have the best traction. Many of us are on a budget. For the price, its attractive and tempting to buy. Just make sure you are careful. ... show more
