The media could not be loaded. Arrived in perfect condition, no damage to any containers or lids. Everything fits as it should, lids latch well. True to color-clear. I would say these are very comparable to your standard clear plastic tub that you get from anywhere else. Very functional, holds tons of file folders and documents. Sturdy, I got the set of 4 and they will help in my school organization for each grade for our 4 younger children. I wish I would have gotten these sooner and did this with the older 3 kids as well! I use these Iris file boxes for storage to keep things organized around the house. They also work great for filing documents; you can use letter or legal sized hanging folders inside the boxes. They open easily but are also secure enough to stack on top of each other. I have ordered both the clear and black file boxes. They look nice and are just the right size. I would recommend these to keep things organized around the house! I only gave these 4 stars because I have received some broken bins/lids (I have ordered these several times). This issue was easily resolved, however, and I was issued a refund without having to return the item. Excellent customer service! ... show more

I purchased 5 cartons of 4 each, so 20 total. The first 4 cartons arrived with no damage to the conents. The contents of the 5th carton, although packed exactly the same, sustained damage. The outer and inner cartons weren't damaged, but 2 of the 4 tubs were cracked and chipped on the upper lips and all 4 of the lids were cracked and chipped. So 18 out of 20 boxes and 16 out of 20 lids were great. The price was good, and they fit my needs. I whipped out my duct tape and patched up the broken boxes and lids and they are functional if not attractive. The ones available locally are so much more expensive that it is a wash. I'm satisfied, but it is a crxp shoot as to whether or not they will arrive intact. ... show more
