This is what I've been looking for. This iProven pulse oximeter so works good so far. I rinsed my hands under cold water for a moment and the meter still worked faster than the ZacVrate and the Oximeter that I had before.

More times than not, this will not work. I have an older SpO2 meter that works every time. Pulse reading is wildly inaccurate. Edit: iProven contacted me within days of my review. We agreed that the one they sent had issues. The new one works perfectly. In fact it is probably my favorite SpO2 meter. Unfortunately with my COPD diagnosis I will have to monitor my O2 levels for the rest of my life. So I'm glad to have a reliable meter to do that. Very customizable. My range seems to be 87-93 and I can adjust the ranges on this meter. Anything under 87 and it will beep and flash. 5 stars for the SpO2 meter and excellent customer service.

I have been using this to check my O2 at home after a nasty bout of Pneumonia. It works well and is easy to read. I like the convenience of the lanyard, so it's easy to keep up with.

Excellently made piece of equipment and highly accurate. Matches docs office reading. Gives resp rate also. This is the one to buy if you are looking and i have tried at least 7 others.

I ordered this item on the recommendation of my preceptor at work. She had the same one and the thing she and I both loved most about it was it gave a respiratory rate reading. This is super helpful quick info (aka spot checks) to help us busy RNs to determine if the value requires further assessment or not. I also appreciated the beeping it does when the HR or O2 outside expected limits. Readings were very accurate as well when compared with the DinaMap machines on the hospital floors used during every 4 hour vital checks. I highly recommend this device. It was the envy of the floor.
