I purchased this charger with 10' cord since I had plans to get surgery & wanted to use my iPad Air 2 while at the hospital. The original cord given to me with the iPad is only 1 or 2'. So usually if it had to be charged while using it, I had to sit very closely next to an outlet, which was frustrating & limiting. As always, I was very happy with the quick shipping. I'm happy with the charger/cord mostly because: 1. IT WORKS, 2. I love the freedom the 10' cord gives me, 3. The outlet prongs that fold into the block are very convenient & excellent idea! Hopefully, it'll last a long time without any trouble. (I've included 2 photos.) Everything's working, but I honestly haven't paid attention to how fast it charges. Also, I wish I would've had more time to look for one with 2 USB ports. But I already have one, except I don't know if it'll be compatible with the cord from this new one. I was a bit nervous when ordering this one. Several months ago, I bought one on sale that didn't work at all. But I got my money back with the receipt. We got this charger for my daughter’s iPad … within a week it stopped working or would just charge super slow, as in plugged in all night and not charge. Also most of the time after the first week or so we would get a message that the iPad wasn’t charging. I’ve also tried charging my phone, and have the same issues. We got a new cord from the store to make sure it wasn’t the iPad and have no issues charging. ... show more
