Did a lot of research for an affordable bookshelf for our daughter that wasn’t junk. We just assembled this in an hour. It was the perfect size for the space and gave us the extra shelf space we needed. The books shown were all on 2 three-cube shelves and a 5 shelf fabric book thing, and we have so much extra room! The item arrived with some broken pieces, and some pieces were missing (didnt realize 3 pieces were missing until I got the replacement and compared). I reached out to Amazon support when I noticed, I didnt want another bookshelf, just the pieces missing replaced. Amazon sent me a new one immediately, told me I can keep the pieces I needed and send back the ones I didnt. Amazon? More like Amazing! This was really easy to put together and looks very sleek. My only issue was some of the holes still had like dust in them and I had to drill through it first before I could put in the screws. Other than that I really like this and would definitely get a bigger one in the future

Bought this bookcase for my yoga room and was pleasantly surprised by look and quality. My husband put it together easily. It is a little wobbly , so I would recommend using the included strap that will secure it to the wall if you have kids around.

Honestly, I don't hate it. But it's cheap. It needs some weight to the item because it's wobbly and slides around. Yes, I should fasten it to the wall, but I don't want to put holes in the wall because we rent, and I don't want to patch a bunch of holes when we move out. I also don't have children at home, and the bookcase sits beside my desk. If they made just the board at the bottom out of a thick, heavier pressboard, it would be enough to add stability and stop it from sliding around. Then I'd be giving it 5 stars. But for the price, it looks nice and does work as intended—it provides a place for the books and binders I use for work instead of stacking them on my desk. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear. And it came with everything needed for assembly. So that's a win! ... show more

For as much as I paid for this shelf ($145 on prime day), I expected a higher quality product. The color is beautiful and the legs are a nice touch, but many of the pieces were damaged. The bottom has a screw that was over tightened and cracked the wood, one of the shelve bases had paint missing around the screw, and the back panels were peeling or like they had been dropped. Structurally the piece will still be fine, but very disappointed in the quality. Additionally, I was surprised to find the screws go straight through the top of the shelf. I would’ve thought the top would be smooth, not have 4 screw heads. It was shipped without the blue stickers to go over the screws. ... show more
