A retrospective nod to the mid-century design movement, the Markham is beautifully proportioned and grand in scale. A great place beside a sofa. The fixed divided shelf below the glass top gives functionality along with style. A side drawers of the piece provides closed storage. Coffee table is crafted of medium fiber board and veneers for a solid foundation. Product made in Taiwan, assembly required. Wipe clean with slightly damp cloth, no harsh chemicals should be used. Don't buy this if you are not handy with tools. If you are, however, you will be treated to a bargain. The number of parts was bit overwhelming at first, but as I moved along it started to make sense and respectively got easier. But I am a contractor and work with hand/tools frequently. But just to sum it up. if you walk through RC Willey, Ashley or even Target or bargan stores, you'll drop much more money for the same or less quality. So. All things equal, your labor is big for saving. It's amazing. I love it. I assembled it by myself and it took a few hours. There are so many pieces (thankfully they were labeled) and lots of bolts and screws and all the mix ins. It worked up a sweat and it got frustrating because the pictures are not that easy to understand. (Similar to IKEA instructions--basic and minimal) it took roughly 3 hours alone ao maybe if someone helps you you can finish faster. Its very easily scratched (I learned the hard way) so be cautious. I had to redo a few pieces because I read the picture wrong. The finished product is as shown in the display photos. Amazing! It comes with the Alan wrench but you will need the screw driver. Mine came with 2 extra fasteners just incase they got striped. (No I didnt forget to put them lol) overall I can't complain, the end product turned out well. ... show more

This table material is kind of like Ikea's product. However it's better to buy from ikea cause at least they have clear instruction with right assembly components. assembling is hard. Pay for assembling. Instruction is not clear. You will end up taking it apart for multiple times. Screws for drawers are not the correct size.great. The drawers don't go all the way in.awsome. We spent 3 hours on assembling this table. No chance. Gave up. I think I'm going to return it. So disappointed. ... show more

Unbeatable for the price. The white is a matter white, not a lacquered white like I had thought, though that was my own incorrect presumption. The drawers are not made very precisely, but again, for the price, it was fantastic.

I was skeptical to buy furniture online before seeing it in person but after reading the reviews I felt like I would be buying a moderately quality product for a decent price however I couldn't have been more wrong. The table I received had pieces that weren't measured properly and won't fit together. Of course it was the last top piece that wouldn't fit on so I had the miserable experience of putting the whole thing together only to find out the top slab or part "A" was so improperly cut that there was no possible way of screwing it on and I now have a hideous unfinished coffee table in my living room. ... show more

This is a decent quality product. IT was packed well to protect it during shipping. Took about 90 minutes to put together with just one person. For the price it's hard to beat. It's all knock-down and maybe not as sturdy as my previous Ikea table, but this was also much cheaper. If you're looking for a inexpensive table this is a solid bet.
