This was the worst charger I have ever had. It would never charge my phone or my watch. My watch would fall off. They would both never charge in position that they were in. I would not recommend this charger. I would like to update this review. The company reached out to me and offered several options to. Me. They sent me an new updated charger and it is very nice and works well. The charger has been redesigned and works well with my phone and watch. It’s nice also with the air pod charger in the back. The customer service has been great and they made every attempt to help resolve the first issue. I would definitely recommend this product and also would trust the integrity of this company.

Main take away from review: this company supports their customers and product This product worked really well until just after the return window closed. For me, the issue was with the watch charger. For some reason the charging stand, while using the included QC3.0 plug and cable, would cause my Apple Watch Series 6 to take a long time to charge. The watch would start charging, then stop, then start, then stop, and repeat every few seconds. The company got ahold of me and reached out to try and find a solution. They definitely stand by their product and try to make sure their customers are happy. Even though I had issue with my initial purchase, I would recommend products this company makes because of them trying to make sure the customer is happy and supporting them. As for this product, I love the design and specifically bought it because of the wireless phone, wireless watch (without needing put original watch charger in), and airpods charging combination. The charger even comes with its own QC3.0 plug so that you don't need to buy one separately. Along with this, the charging rates for the phone were great, and I could glance at the notifications on my phone while it was charging on my desk.

I ordered this Z5 after a similar unit from another company completely stopped charging my watch. I really like the look of this unit and it functioned perfectly for about 4 months. Then I had a slight issue of when my watch reached full charge, it started to turn on and cycle through a series of showing full charge, asking for my passcode, and then displaying the nightstand mode. But it did charge the watch. This is where the customer service came into play. I went to their website and found their customer service email address. I sent them an email and they responded the same day and asked for a couple of details. Once I replied they shipped out a replacement that I received a day later. Some of the best and fastest customer service I have experienced for a product bought on Amazon. All is well with the new unit and I would happily buy it again.

I like the watch charger and that angled phone charger. Unfortunately, I think the positing for the phone has to be at such an angle that any slight difference causes it not to charge. Also, and I may not have previously been aware of this when I bought the product, it does not seem to charge my AirPod Pro earbuds. This may not be true, but to my knowledge, when the items are being charged, the light at the bottom turns blue, and it does not do this when the AirPods are on the charger. I do like that you can turn the charging light on or off, and that when the items are charging, the light turns from green to blue, and when the items are done charging, the light turns back to green. Overall, I like this. It's very convenient to have by my bed - I have all my items that need charged at my disposal, neatly placed together. I would recommend this product.

UPDATED REVIEW: I found that by plugging the AirPods Pro onto the dock backwards, so that the indicator light is facing backwards, will allow them to charge! Updated rating from 3/5 to 4/5. I really have enjoyed the product. Well made, extremely easy to use, works greats, except for one important part: the AirPods charger is not compatible with the AirPods Pro. At first I thought I got a dud, in that my AirPods Pro were not charging. I put my wife’s AirPods (1 gen) onto the AirPods charger, and it worked immediately. In reading some other reviews, it seems many other people have experience this same thing. My iPhone XR wirelessly charges great, so I cannot speak to other reviewers report that the iPhone 11 does not charge on this product. Also, my Apple Watch (series 4) charges perfectly as well. Again, I really enjoy this product, and while it does not charge my AirPods Pro, I still have enjoyed my purchase. 3/5 - Minus 2 stars for the inability to charge AirPods Pro, when the product description specifically stated that it could.
