I'm a 6'3 225-230 lbs individual who has a chest a mile long and arms as long as Abe Lincoln's. Basically finding a t-shirt that was a good length, fit my broad chest and didn't have sleeves that run past your elbows (I can't stand this) was impossible until I found these shirts. On top of it they shrink very little if at all after wash. I bought something like 12 of these after I realized how well done these shirts were. For me at my size (XL shirt size) .. these shirts fit as so: My biceps are gripped by the sleeves which run down to almost 1/2 my bicep length. A+++ My chest / shoulders form well to the shirts and my neck does not feel like it's being squeezed at all. A+ Assuming you keep your gut in decent check -- there is a looseness in the stomach area/ torso. A+ Shirt goes down an inch or two past my belt. This shirt has a great color design, very neon and stands out great on the black background. Material is thin and a little stretchy but the polyester content forces it to retain its shape instead of conforming to fit your shape. Content is 60% cotton and 40% polyester, made in Haiti. I would have preferred 100% cotton but I took a chance. I ordered 4x because I wear 3x and this shirt is still snug. Length is good. Arms are tight. Recommend to order at least one size up.
